Description:

Impact Analytics is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join its dynamic team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support to product development and analytics services teams while building strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve client issues, while your secondary role involves contributing to product development, workflow improvements, and process enhancements. This position is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to gain exposure to both the business and technical aspects of analytics-driven product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for product development and analytics services teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly to ensure client delight.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a point of contact.
• Contribute to product development and improvement of workflows and processes.
• Prepare technical documentation such as issue logs, release notes, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and support product design.
• Analyze data to draw meaningful business insights and support decision-making.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Excel, Python (preferred), Basic statistics, Database management, Reporting & analysis, Data visualization, Technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel (Python knowledge is a plus).
• Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of database management, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to create technical documentation such as issue logs and release notes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and ideation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team.
